MARQUETTE EXPANDS SENIOR CONSULTING TEAM
Industry Veterans Add to Firm Capabilities


CHICAGO, May 9, 2011
- Marquette Associates, Inc. today announced the addition of two new senior consultants to the firm, Beth Burns and Miguel Zarate.

"Beth and Miguel's considerable investment expertise will greatly enhance the quality and depth of our senior consulting team as we methodically grow the firm," said Brian Wrubel, president of Marquette.

Beth Burns comes to Marquette from Fifth Third Bank where she served as vice president and senior portfolio manager to corporate, endowment, and high net worth clients for the past seven years. Prior to that, Beth was a vice president with Northern Trust. She started her career at Ameritech where she rose to director of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Beth holds a B.S. from the College of Engineering at Michigan State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She is a CFA Level III Candidate.

Miguel Zarate has ten years of experience in the investment consulting industry. Miguel joins Marquette from Marco Consulting Group, where he was a senior vice president and a senior consultant. At Marco, he was also a member of their Management and Research Committee. Prior to Marco, Miguel was with Atlas Technology Group, a management consulting firm. He holds a B.A. Economics from Cornell College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Loyola University Graduate School of Business.
