PERFORMANCE ANALYST

The Analyst will work with a team of Performance Analysts to prepare investment manager performance calculations and evaluations, return attribution analyses, as well as special projects as assigned by the Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, finance, or other quantitatively-oriented major
• Attention to detail
• Strong written skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word & Windows operating systems


ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

The Assistant Vice President of Finance (AVP) is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and processing of general accounting functions for the firm in accordance with regulatory, federal, state, and local legal requirements, policies, and procedures. This responsibility requires establishing realistic guidelines and effective use of available resources through sound budget, administrative, and business practices.

The position is also responsible for all accounting aspects of company performance including day-to-day accounting management, auditing and financial reporting prepared in compliance with all financial policies, SEC requirements and US GAAP.

The AVP reports to the Executive Committee for day-to-day operational issues and to the Board of Directors for all budgeting and financial issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field (required).
• CPA (preferred, but not required).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (preferred, but not required).
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting (preferred, but not required).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
• Excellent communication skills.


APPLICATION DEVELOPER

The position is for a six-month contract to possible permanent position. The Application Developer will work with the Senior Application Architect to design, develop, and implement new business solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of the .Net Framework and related technologies
• Development experience in Windows clients, ASP.net web pages, and web services, using Microsoft C#
• Knowledge of automating third-party applications (such as Microsoft Excel) for both input and output purposes
• Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft Access database knowledge
• Experience in software testing, database design, project management, documentation and user training
