Director of Research
Investment consulting firm seeks motivated individual for
Director of Research position. The ideal candidate will possess extremely strong verbal and written skills.
This individual will be directly responsible for the oversight, direction and production of the firm’s investment
policies and market research. The Director of Research will be responsible for:
- Providing responsive and cutting edge investment solutions to investment problems that arise due to changing market dynamics
- Evaluating and distributing time-sensitive, market-related material for education and communication to clients
- Maintaining the continuing education of each employee and providing added value to clients by directly improving performance, lowering risk, minimizing costs, or making adjustments to market inefficiencies through investment manager adjustment
- Enhancing the professional profile of Marquette’s consultants and company image through external presentations
- Leading the firm’s Investment Committee, delegating research responsibilities, and ensuring thorough, accurate, and well researched analysis
- Proposing investment strategies and policies for the coming year
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or CFA preferred). The candidate must be a proven leader that can work in a team environment,
and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, & Matlab (a positive). We offer competitive

We are a leading
institutional investment consulting firm located in downtown Chicago
seeking a full-time investment consultant.
The individual will work closely with ten other consultants in
developing investment policy, conducting capital market research,
developing new business and delivering consulting services to clients.
Qualifications for the position include: minimum 6 years related work
experience, Bachelor’s degree (MBA or CFA preferred), attention to
detail, and strong writing skills. The candidate must have
substantial client interaction experience, and proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word & Windows operating systems. We
