Systems Review:
At the onset of Marquette Associates’ consulting relationships, a
Systems Review is conducted (a total review of the current investment
program). Integral components of this review are assessments of the
current investment policy, the asset allocation, the portfolio
structure, and the current investment managers utilized. A sampling of
other factors that can be considered includes program liquidity
requirements, net cash flows, custodial relationships, and securities
lending and commission recapture programs. At the conclusion of the
Systems Review process, Marquette Associates is in an informed
