Caroline O’Sullivan is a performance analyst for Marquette Associates. She joined the firm in 2022 and is responsible for performance calculations and client analysis. Prior to joining Marquette, Caroline was an evaluation research assistant at University-Assisted Community Schools Health.

Caroline holds a B.S. in economics with concentrations in management and operations, information, and decisions from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Division 1 athlete in cross country and track and field.
