Donna James
Administrative Assistant

Donna James is an administrative assistant for Marquette Associates and has over 20 years of experience. As part of Marquette’s administrative team, Donna is responsible for managing phone operations, incoming and outgoing shipments, and the firm’s contact database. She also coordinates onsite meetings and assists in other administrative tasks key to daily operations.

Prior to joining Marquette, Donna was a group coordinator for Lou Malnati’s. Previously, she worked as a receptionist at WGN radio for over a decade. Donna is an active member in the community and received the 2009 Humanitarian Award from Paul Hall Community Center for efforts on behalf of the Thanksgiving and Christmas food drives.
