Libby Raccio is an administrative assistant and Philadelphia office manager for Marquette Associates. Libby joined the company in 2017 through the merger of Peirce Park Group, where she began working in 2014. She assists several of the firm’s lead consultants with creating client materials and prospect presentations and is the key contact for client communication at our Philadelphia office. Libby is responsible for maintaining the contact database, monitoring supply inventory, and assisting in various administrative tasks key to daily operations. She provides support for recruiting and HR initiatives for the firm’s Philadelphia and Baltimore offices.

Libby has over 30 years of client service and administrative experience across diverse industries. She holds a B.S. with honors in business administration with a minor in human resources from the University of Maryland’s University College. Libby also holds the SHRM-CP certification.
