Lydia Willis is the director of human resources for Marquette Associates. With 11 years of experience, Lydia provides human capital expertise that serves our greatest asset – our people. She oversees employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and talent management. She also provides input to strategic plans, leads the review and development of internal processes, and ensures firm compliance. She is a member of the firm’s operations committee and diversity, equity, and inclusion committee.

Prior to joining the firm, Lydia was a human resources manager at Omnicom Media Group. Previously, she worked at Jet Support Services, Inc. as a human resources generalist.

She holds a B.S. from the University of Maine and an M.Ed. from Suffolk University. She also holds the PHR certification.
