Mackenzie North is the human resources generalist for Marquette Associates and has four years of experience. As part of Marquette’s HR team, Mackenzie acts as a resource for all employees and supports the firm’s ongoing recruiting efforts, new hire onboarding, employee development, and other HR initiatives. Mackenzie is a member of the firm’s engagement committee and leads the Chicago office safety team.

Mackenzie holds an M.S. in human resources from DePaul University and a B.S. in public affairs with a major in human resource management and minors in marketing and law and public policy from Indiana University. She also earned the Business Foundations Certificate from the Kelly School of Business at IU.
