Tim Burdick, CFA

Tim is a managing director for Marquette and serves on the firm’s board of directors.

Tim Burdick is a managing director for Marquette Associates and serves on the firm’s board of directors, OCIO committee, and sustainable investing group. An owner of the firm, Tim has been with the company since 2000 and has 34 years of investment experience. Tim is the lead investment consultant on several client relationships.

Prior to joining Marquette in 2000, Tim spent ten years at the Northern Trust Company, where he divided his time between investment consulting and client servicing responsibilities.

Tim holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in finance from Northern Illinois University and an M.M. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and the CFA Society of Nashville.

Tom Salemy, CFA, CAIA

Tom Salemy is a managing director for Marquette Associates and serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships.

Tom Salemy is a managing director for Marquette Associates and serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships. An owner of the firm, Tom has been with the company since 2011. He is a member of the firm’s wealth advisement committee, defined contribution services committee, and nonprofit services group.

Prior to joining Marquette, Tom worked at both Eaton Vance Management and First Trust Portfolios. He began his career as a structured products analyst at State Street Global Markets.

Tom holds a B.A. in economics from Colby College. He is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA® Society of Chicago and also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a member of the CAIA Association®. Tom is a member of the Guild Board of Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago and the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay.

James R. Wesner, CFA

James is a managing director for Marquette and has over 20 years of investment experience.

James R. Wesner is a managing director for Marquette Associates. An owner of the firm, Jamie has been with the company since 2007 and has 24 years of investment experience. He is a member of the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion committee, OCIO committee, and nonprofit services group. Jamie serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships.

Prior to joining Marquette, Jamie worked in the debt capital markets division at Banc of America Securities. Prior to Banc of America, he held positions with Nuveen Investments and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jamie holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. with distinction in finance and international business from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Jamie is a CFA® charterholder, a member of the CFA Society of Chicago, and a board member for the One Acre Fund.

Lauren Cellucci, CIMA®

Lauren Cellucci is a managing partner for Marquette Associates and works from our Baltimore and Philadelphia offices. An owner of the firm, Lauren has been with the company since 2016 and has 21 years of investment experience. She serves as the primary consultant on several client relationships and is a member of the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion committee, engagement committee, and nonprofit services group.

Prior to joining Marquette, Lauren was a vice president and director for BB&T Institutional Investment Advisers. Her responsibilities included working with foundation and endowment, defined benefit, and defined contribution clients on investment policy, asset allocation, and manager selection. Previously, Lauren served as an investment advisor with Wilmington Trust in their high net-worth division.

Lauren holds both a B.S. and M.B.A. in finance from the University of Delaware. She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) certificant and a member of the Investments and Wealth Institute. Lauren is also a member of the CFA Institute and the Washington D.C. and Philadelphia chapters of the CFA Society and serves on the board of trustees and as chairwoman for the investment committee at Notre Dame of Maryland University. In 2020, Lauren was nominated for the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) Diversity & Inclusion Rising Star Award.

Aimee O’Connor, CFP®

Aimee is a managing partner at Marquette with over 20 years of investment experience.

Aimee O’Connor is a managing partner for Marquette Associates and has 20 years of investment experience. An owner of the firm, Aimee has been with the company since 2019 and serves as the primary consultant on several religious, endowment, high net worth, and family office client relationships. She serves as co-chair of the firm’s private client consulting committee and is a member of the firm’s sustainable investing group and nonprofit services group.

Prior to joining Marquette, Aimee was an independent consultant working with RIAs, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Previously, she was the co-director of consulting and senior consultant at a nationally-recognized investment consulting firm.

Aimee holds a B.A. in management with a minor in mathematics from Loras College. She is a CFP® practitioner and a member of Northwestern University’s CFP® Advisory Board. Aimee is a member of the faculty of Northwestern University’s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certification Education Program, educating students on Trusts and Estate Planning. Aimee serves on the Chairman’s Advisory Council at Big Shoulders Fund, as trustee for the investment board of the Benedictine Sisters of the Sacred Heart, and is a member of Women Investment Professionals, Chicago.

Glenn E. Ross

Glenn E. Ross serves as a partner for Marquette Associates and has over 40 years of investment experience. He joined the company in 2013 through the merger with Archstone Portfolio Solutions, which he co-founded in 2006, and served as the primary investment consultant for several key client relationships before retiring from day-to-day responsibilities in 2023. Glenn remains a shareholder and resource to Marquette’s client service teams and committees.

Glenn is the co-author of How to Select Investment Managers & Evaluate Performance: A Guide for Pension Funds, Endowments, Foundations, and Trusts, Wiley & Sons, 2007. Prior to forming Archstone Portfolio Solutions, he served as a principal and investment consultant for Asset Strategy Consultants of Hunt Valley, Maryland. Previously, Glenn was the senior vice president of institutional investment services and a quantitative portfolio manager for Mercantile Bankshares. He also served as the director of quantitative services for Brown Investment Advisory & Trust Company. Glenn earned his B.S. in finance from Towson University and was the recipient of the College of Business and Economics Dean’s Recognition Award as part of the Alumni of the Year Awards in 1998. He also holds an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola University Maryland.

Glenn is a member of the Maryland chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He formerly served the Towson University College of Business and Economics as a board member, a finance department advisory board member, and an adjunct professor of finance. He is the founder and former chair of the Spending Affordability Committee for Harford County, Maryland — where he retired as a member in 2022 — and is president emeritus of the Albert P. Close Foundation board of directors. Glenn is also a former trustee and past treasurer of the Harford Day School and a former board member of the Upper Chesapeake Health System Foundation. He is a member of the Society of Quantitative Analysts and an active volunteer at the Perry Point VA Medical Center in Cecil County, Maryland.

Ryan P. Tracy, CFP®

Ryan P. Tracy is a senior vice president for Marquette Associates and has 12 years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2022 with a primary focus on serving high net worth, family office, and nonprofit clients across the country. Ryan serves as co-chair of the private client consulting committee and is a member of the alternative investment manager search committee.

Prior to joining Marquette, Ryan was a senior consultant at a nationally-recognized investment consulting firm. He began his career as a co-founder and managing partner of a Chicago-based advisory firm.

Ryan holds a B.S. in business with degrees in finance and accounting from the Lumpkin School of Business at Eastern Illinois University and earned the financial planning certificate from DePaul University. He is a CFP® practitioner. Ryan serves as a member of the Fund Development Committee and as a volunteer at SecureFutures, as a committee member and volunteer at Economic Literacy Colorado, and as a committee member at the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable. He is also a member of the Colorado Children’s Foundation.

Sarah E.R. Wilson

Sarah E.R. Wilson is a senior vice president with 31 years of investment experience and works from Marquette’s Pennsylvania office. Sarah joined the company in 2017 through the merger of Peirce Park Group, where she started working in 2010. She serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships, with a focus on municipal and public funds, union, and private clients. She has in-depth knowledge of municipal clients and has worked with numerous municipal pension funds throughout western Pennsylvania for over 23 years.

Prior to joining Peirce Park Group, Sarah was executive vice president & chief compliance officer and an investment committee member for a western Pennsylvania investment management firm, where she was in charge of compliance and oversaw all aspects of investment trading, asset allocation, and portfolio construction. During her tenure, she was the lead on several municipal clients. Previously, she served as first vice president for a Pittsburgh-based investment firm serving municipalities, public, and Taft Hartley accounts for 10 years. She started her career at Merrill Lynch.

Sarah holds a B.S. in business from the London School of Business. She works with several local charitable organizations and served as Treasurer for Word of God School. She is currently the Chair of Finance for the Ligonier Historical Society and serves on the Edgewood Borough’s Police and Non-Uniform Pension Committee. Sarah has presented at various industry conferences including those hosted by the Allegheny League of Municipalities, Pennsylvania State Association of Country Controllers, and County Treasurers’ Association of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Colin Graeme

Colin Graeme is a senior private client analyst for Marquette Associates and has six years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2021 and actively supports consultants in all aspects of client service on a variety of private client relationships. Colin serves as the secondary point of contact and is responsible for the daily administration and management of investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Marquette, Colin was a regional consultant at Goldman Sachs. He previously was a financial advisor at Mass Mutual Illinois.

Colin holds a B.A. in economics with an emphasis in applied statistics from Miami University.

Keenan Sanchez

Keenan Sanchez is a private client analyst for Marquette Associates and has six years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2022 and actively supports consultants in all aspects of client service on a variety of private client relationships. He is responsible for the daily administration and management of institutional investment portfolios.

Prior to joining Marquette, Keenan was a senior advisory operations specialist at Baird.

Keenan holds a B.B.A. in accounting and finance from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
