Kathleen Hughes is a senior performance analyst for Marquette Associates. She joined the firm in 2024 and is responsible for performance calculations and client analysis. Kate is a member of the firm’s engagement committee. Prior to joining Marquette, Kate was an equity research intern at William Blair & Company and a program management intern at Lear Corporation.

Kate holds a B.S.B.A. in finance from Marquette University’s Accelerating Ingenuity in Markets (AIM) Program.
