Bradford Stephan is a senior vice president for Marquette Associates with 26 years of investment experience and works from our Philadelphia office. He joined the firm in 2026 and serves as the lead investment consultant on several client relationships, including faith-based, nonprofit, healthcare, and insurance entities. He is a member of the nonprofit services group.

Prior to joining Marquette, Bradford was a managing director for 14 years at a nationally-recognized investment consulting firm, where he led various client relationships and served on the investment strategy group. He previously was a director at a global independent advisory firm within their Outsourced CIO Group and has held numerous roles across the investment consulting industry focused on OCIO, manager research, asset allocation strategy, and socially responsible investing. He began his career as an investment analyst and portfolio manager.

Bradford holds an M.B.A. from Villanova University with a concentration in finance and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Delaware. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia. Additionally, Bradford currently serves as a mentor to MBA students within the Villanova School of Business Graduate Mentoring Program.
