Libby Gordon is a performance analyst for Marquette Associates. She joined the firm in 2025 and is responsible for performance calculations and client analysis. Libby is a 2026 participant in Marquette’s Performance Analyst Research Development Program. Prior to joining Marquette, Libby was a strategy and innovation intern at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

Libby holds a B.S. in finance from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
