Weston Whalen is an associate research analyst for Marquette Associates and has eight years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2025 and works with asset class analysts and research directors on various projects, constructs manager searches, and interacts with investment firms on various topics. Weston is a member of the traditional investment manager search committee.

Prior to joining Marquette, Weston was a performance analyst at Harris Associates. He previously was a senior analyst at Northern Trust.

Weston holds a B.S. with a double major in finance and risk management & insurance from Illinois State University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
