On May 5–6, James Torgerson will be speaking at the 48th Annual Association of Investment Management and Sales Executives (AIMSE) Sales & Marketing Conference, being held in Scottsdale, Arizona.
On the 5th, James will be joining a panel entitled, “From Bonds to Beyond: Perspectives on Public Credit and the Rise of Private Credit,” described as follows: The credit toolkit has expanded dramatically. From active liquid credit strategies to private lending structures, institutional portfolios are being reengineered to meet long-term objectives. This panel brings together experienced consultants to explore how the role of credit is shifting. We will examine how institutions are blending strategies across the credit spectrum, reassessing risk and navigating liquidity trade-offs — and what this evolution means for the sales professionals delivering credit solutions in today’s rapidly changing environment.
He will also be representing Marquette during the Consultant Roundtable portion of the conference on the 6th, sharing investment manager search activities, organizational updates, and methods for effectively communicating with research and field consultants.
