Marquette speaking at 2018 Midwest Institutional Real Estate Investor Forum 10/17

On Wednesday, October 17, Marquette will be speaking at the 3rd Annual Midwest Institutional Real Estate Investor Forum in Chicago.

Jeremy Zirin will moderate the panel, “Value-Add and Opportunistic vs. Core and Core Plus Investments,” which explores the decision among many investors to turn to less risky investments with predictable cash flow as market correction looms.
The 3rd Annual Midwest Institutional Real Estate Forum is an annual closed-door meeting for investment officers and trustees from public and corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and hospital plans from the Midwest region to learn about institutional real estate allocation strategies.
