Audrie Broadway is the human resources coordinator for Marquette Associates and has eight years of professional experience. As part of Marquette’s HR team, Audrie acts as a resource for all employees and supports the firm’s ongoing recruiting efforts, new hire onboarding, employee development, and other HR initiatives.

Prior to joining Marquette, Audrie was a human resources associate at R&M Trucking Company. She previously held roles in education and administration.

Audrie holds a a B.S. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master’s of Urban Education from Union University. She holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as SHRM’s local Chicago chapter and Emerging Leaders group.
