Chris Grimm is a senior vice president for Marquette Associates and has 25 years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2025 and serves as the lead investment consultant on several client relationships.

Prior to joining Marquette, Chris was a consultant at a nationally-recognized investment consulting firm, where he was co-lead of the healthcare consulting practice. He previously held a leadership role as partner and co-head of healthcare consulting at Mercer. He served that firm and its predecessors for 15 years in various consulting roles.

Chris holds an M.B.A. with high honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a B.S.B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Minneapolis. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a member of the CAIA Association®. Chris serves as a board member for the Goodwill-Easter Seals Foundation of Minnesota.
