Michael DeSantis is a senior performance analyst for Marquette Associates and works from our West Chester office. He joined the firm in 2022 and is responsible for performance calculations and client analysis. He is a current participant in Marquette’s PA Research Development Program. Prior to joining Marquette, Michael was a resident success assistant at Sacred Heart University.

Michael holds a B.S. in finance and sports management from the Jack F. Welch College of Business and Technology at Sacred Heart University.
