Eric Gaylord, CFA

Eric Gaylord is a principal for Marquette Associates and has 18 years of investment experience. He joined Marquette in 2007 and serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships. Eric is a member of the firm’s defined contribution services committee and nonprofit services group.

Eric holds a B.S. in finance from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.

Stephanie Osten

Stephanie Osten is a principal for Marquette Associates and has 16 years of investment experience. She joined Marquette in 2014 and serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships. Stephanie is a member of the firm’s defined contribution services committee and nonprofit services group.

Prior to joining Marquette, Stephanie was an investment management analyst for BMO Private Bank.

Stephanie holds a B.A. in political economy from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Stephanie is an associate board member of Easter Seals of Metropolitan Chicago and a member of Women Investment Professionals, Chicago.

Jesus Jimenez

Jesus Jimenez is a principal for Marquette Associates and has 13 years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2012 and serves as the investment consultant on several client relationships. Jesus is a member of the firm’s defined contribution services committee and traditional investment manager search committee.

Jesus holds a B.S in economics from DePaul University and an M.B.A with distinction in finance and applied economics from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the auxiliary board for the National Museum of Mexican Art and a board member of the financial advisory committee for the Sisters of St. Francis in Clinton, Iowa.

William Torre, Jr., CFA, CAIA

William Torre, Jr. is a principal for Marquette Associates and has 15 years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2017 and serves as the investment consultant on several client relationships.

Prior to joining Marquette, Billy worked as a senior analyst at Wilshire Associates assisting consultants with asset allocation/asset liability studies, investment manager due diligence, client reporting, and presentations. Previously, he worked at BNY Mellon as a trading specialist.

Billy holds a B.S. in finance from Duquesne University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business. Billy is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a member of the CAIA Association®.

Sarah E.R. Wilson

Sarah E.R. Wilson is a senior vice president with 32 years of investment experience and works from Marquette’s Pennsylvania office. Sarah joined the company in 2017 through the merger of Peirce Park Group, where she started working in 2010. She serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships, with a focus on municipal and public funds, union, and private clients. She has in-depth knowledge of municipal clients and has worked with numerous municipal pension funds throughout western Pennsylvania for over 20 years.

Prior to joining Peirce Park Group, Sarah was executive vice president & chief compliance officer and an investment committee member for a western Pennsylvania investment management firm, where she was in charge of compliance and oversaw all aspects of investment trading, asset allocation, and portfolio construction. During her tenure, she was the lead on several municipal clients. Previously, she served as first vice president for a Pittsburgh-based investment firm serving municipalities, public, and Taft-Hartley accounts for 10 years. She started her career at Merrill Lynch.

Sarah holds a B.S. in business from the London School of Business. She works with several local charitable organizations and served as Treasurer for Word of God School. She is currently the Chair of Finance for the Ligonier Historical Society and serves on the Edgewood Borough’s Police and Non-Uniform Pension Committee. Sarah has presented at various industry conferences including those hosted by the Allegheny League of Municipalities, Pennsylvania State Association of Country Controllers, and County Treasurers’ Association of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mike Spychalski, CAIA

Mike Spychalski is a vice president for Marquette Associates and has 22 years of investment experience. He joined Marquette in 2006 and serves as the primary investment consultant on several client relationships. He is a member of the firm’s traditional investment manager search committee.

Prior to joining Marquette, Mike was a portfolio administrator in the Private Client Services division of Bear Stearns.

Mike holds a B.S. in economics from DePaul University. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a member of the CAIA Association®.

Luis Sierra, CFA

Luis Sierra is a vice president with 14 years of investment experience and works from Marquette’s Baltimore office. He joined the firm in 2017 and is a member of the diversity, equity, and inclusion committee, sustainable investing group, and nonprofit services group. Luis serves as the investment consultant on several client relationships with a focus on public funds and nonprofit clients.

Prior to joining Marquette, Luis worked as an investment counselor at Fisher Investments. Previously, he worked as an operations administrator at Efficient Advisors.

Luis holds a B.S. in finance and international business from Drexel University and an M.B.A. in international business and an M.S. in finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Luis is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Baltimore. He serves as treasurer and board member of JANE (Jewels Advancing, Nurturing, and Empowering), Inc.
