Cassie Nestor is a research associate for Marquette Associates and joined the firm in 2025. She works with asset class analysts and research directors on various projects, constructs manager searches, and interacts with investment firms on various topics.
Prior to joining Marquette, Cassie was a policy and regulatory affairs analyst at the Structured Finance Association.
Cassie holds an M.A. in international economic policy with a concentration in international business and finance from George Washington University and a B.A. in international relations from the College of William and Mary.
Anthony Wang is a research associate for Marquette Associates and joined the firm in 2022. He works with asset class analysts and research directors on various projects, constructs manager searches, and interacts with investment firms on various topics. Prior to joining the research team, Anthony was responsible for performance calculations and analysis as a performance analyst at Marquette.
Anthony holds an M.S. in management studies from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in economics and mathematical methods in the social sciences from Northwestern University. At Northwestern, he was a 2018 Posner Research Fellow and served as president and secretary of the Northwestern Taiwanese American Students Club and as vice president and tournament director of Northwestern Quiz Bowl.
Jessica is Marquette’s OCIO committee chair and collaborates with consultants and the research team to determine portfolio strategy for the firm’s OCIO clients.
Jessica Noviskis is the OCIO portfolio strategist for Marquette Associates. She joined Marquette in 2020 and has 18 years of investment experience. Jessica works alongside consultants and collaborates with the research team to determine asset allocation, manager selection, and other portfolio strategy for the firm’s OCIO clients. She leads the regular review of client portfolios, asset class structure, and portfolio positioning and works with the OCIO operations team on onboarding, audits, and other portfolio maintenance. Jessica chairs the firm’s OCIO committee and is a member of the traditional and alternative investment manager search committees and investment committee.
Previously, Jessica was the director of alternatives and a senior research analyst at Marquette. Prior to joining Marquette, Jessica spent 12 years in investment management, as a senior analyst at 1060 Capital Management, a vice president at Brookfield Investment Management, and an equity analyst at Artisan Partners.
Jessica holds a B.B.A. in finance, investment and banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S.M. in finance analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business. She is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. Jessica is a member of Chicago Finance Exchange.
Ryan Batsch is an investment associate for Marquette Associates. He joined the firm in 2026 and is responsible for performance calculations and client analysis and works with Marquette’s research team on various projects.
Prior to joining Marquette, Ryan held roles in project management and sales.
Ryan holds an M.B.A. in finance from Murray State University and a B.S.B.A. in finance from The Ohio State University, where he was also an NCAA Division 1 football player.
Jacklyn Descano is an investment associate for Marquette Associates and works from our Philadelphia office. She joined the firm in 2026 and is responsible for performance calculations and client analysis and works with Marquette’s research team on various projects.
Prior to joining Marquette, Jacklyn was a retail banker at TD Bank.
Jacklyn holds a B.S. in business studies with a major in finance from Stockton University.
