Jeremy Zirin Speaking at Real Estate Investment Summit 4/1

On Monday, April 1, Jeremy Zirin, CAIA will be speaking at the 2019 Real Estate Investment Summit (REIS) in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Jeremy will be presenting on a panel entitled “Private Equity Investment Strategies in Today’s Market,” which will address common questions regarding private equity in real estate, including:

• How are deals being structured in today’s market? Typical terms?
• How are interest rates affecting the decision process?

The 2019 Real Estate Investment Summit hosted by Opal Group is centered on the “fourth asset class,” commercial real estate — today a capital market instrument as much as the stock or bond market — and will explore the roles of public and private real estate, as well as equity and debt.
