Lauren Cellucci and Nic Solecki Speaking at Maryland GFOA Fall 2022 Conference 10/28

On Friday, October 28th, Lauren Cellucci, CIMA® and Nic Solecki will be speaking at the Maryland Government Finance Officers Association Fall Conference in Linthicum, Maryland.

Lauren and Nic will be presenting an educational session entitled, “Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Update” for conference attendees. Cryptocurrencies continue to generate numerous headlines and much debate. Many governments have continued to maintain a wait-and-see approach to crypto-investment, but some have jumped in headfirst. This session will examine the current market, touch on the risks local government finance officials need to be aware of, and examine the future of cryptocurrency.
