Nichole Roman-Bhatty Hosting Panel at RCRI Conference 10/31

Nichole Roman-Bhatty, CIMA®, will be hosting a panel at the Resource Center for Religious Institutes (RCRI) Conference to take place October 30-November 2, 2018. The panel is scheduled for October 31st at 9:00am.

Entitled “Investment Strategies for Changing Markets”, the panel will review various investment strategies for addressing market risks and opportunities while adhering to a socially responsible investment policy. Featured panelists will also include Sr. Leora Linnenkugel, general treasurer of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters, and Dana Russart, Chief Financial Officer of the School Sisters of Notre Dame Central Pacific Province. The session is designed with investment consultants and investment committee members in mind and will provide education on the role of diversification as it relates to the expansion of socially responsible investment strategies in recent years.

Panelists:
Nichole Roman-Bhatty, CIMA®, is a managing partner at Marquette Associates and has 22 years of investment experience. Nichole is the Director of Religious Services and serves thirteen Catholic religious institutes across the Midwest. She is also Founder and Chair of the Impact Investing Group. She holds a B.S. in finance from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Notre Dame.

Sr. Leora Linnenkugel is the general treasurer of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters. She holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business Services from the University of Toledo, and a master’s degree in Theology from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. She currently serves on boards and finance committees for OLVM, Religious Congregations Investment Funds (RCIF), Religious Formation Conference (RFC) and Julia Center, Inc.

Dana Russart is the chief financial officer of the School Sisters of Notre Dame Central Pacific Province. She has served the Sisters since 2006 and coordinates and participates in all financial and investment functions for the province to support the organization’s mission. She also serves on the RCRI Board of Directors. She holds a B.S. in accounting and management systems from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
