Amy Miller Speaking at Kayo 2024 Women in Private Funds Summit 10/9

On Wednesday, October 9, Amy Miller will be speaking at the 2024 Women in Private Funds Summit in Boston hosted by Kayo as part of their 11th Annual Private Equity Series.

Amy will be joining a panel entitled, “Spotlight on GP Led Secondaries – Demystifying Continuation Funds,” described as follows: GP-led secondaries (aka continuation funds), have risen from a small segment of the secondaries market to an integral part of secondary transactions and exit strategies for private fund sponsors. With deals scarce and a sluggish exit environment, private equity firms are holding onto some of their most promising portfolio companies longer. This panel will dive deep into the benefits, pitfalls and changes happening in GP-led secondaries.
