CHICAGO, March 26, 2013 – Marquette Associates, Inc. today announced the addition of Karissa McDaniel as the firm’s first chief administrative officer. Karissa will oversee human resources, talent management and the administrative team. She will also be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of operational efficiency initiatives across the firm. Karissa will report to Brett Christenson, chief operating officer of Marquette.
“Karissa’s depth of experience in talent management and process improvement will help ensure that we maintain excellent client service levels as we steadily grow our firm,” said Brian Wrubel, president and CEO of Marquette.
Karissa McDaniel has more than 14 years of experience in talent management and consulting. Karissa joined Marquette from BPI Group, a human resources consulting firm, where she advised clients on organizational effectiveness, talent management, process improvement and information technology. Prior to BPI Group, Karissa worked as a manager and consultant with Huron Consulting Group and Arthur Andersen. She also previously worked with Spencer Stuart as an associate in the financial officer and board director practices. Karissa began her career in investment management at State Farm Insurance. She holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
