On December 20, 2017, Congress passed the final version of the Tax Cut and Jobs Act (H.R. 1). This tax reform bill is estimated to be a $1.5 trillion tax cut and represents the most significant reform to the U.S. tax code since the 1986 tax cut passed under President Reagan.
